These terms cover your use of marketplaceslayer.com and the beta application on it. Using the SLAyer application itself is governed by the separate terms you accept when you connect an Amazon account.

The website

The content on this site is provided for information. It describes our product and our reading of Amazon's seller policies as of the date on each page. Amazon changes its policies; verify anything that matters to your account against Amazon's own documentation before you act on it.

The beta application

Submitting an application does not create a beta account or any obligation on either side. We review applications by hand and reply to each one. If we offer you a beta spot, the details (what is included, what we ask of you, how long it runs, what the founding price is) will be put in writing before anything is connected or charged.

The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will be available at all times or free of errors.
