Privacy policy

This policy describes what Marketplace SLAyer("we", "us") collects on marketplaceslayer.com and how we use it. It covers the marketing website and the beta application. The SLAyer application itself, which connects to your Amazon seller account, is covered by the terms you accept when you connect it.

What we collect

• Beta application. Name, email, the Amazon storefront or product URL you give us, how many days a week you ship, approximate order volume, and anything you type in the notes field.
• Booking. If you book a call, the booking tool (Google Calendar appointment scheduling or a similar service) collects your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. IP addresses are anonymized in Google Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data.
• Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.

How we use it

To reply to you, to evaluate whether your operation fits the beta, to schedule and run onboarding and feedback calls, and to improve the product and the website. We do not send marketing email to beta applicants without asking first.

Who else sees it

Service providers that store or transmit the data on our behalf: our email provider, our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our analytics providers, and the booking tool. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Retention

Beta applications and correspondence are kept while the beta and the following launch are active, then reviewed. Ask us at any time to delete what we hold about you.

Your choices

Email [email protected]to see, correct or delete your information. You can block analytics with a browser extension or your browser's settings without affecting the site.
